Disconnect BooksKept.ai
You can revoke BooksKept.ai's access to your QuickBooks Online company at any time. There are two paths:
Option 1: Remove our Accountant access (recommended)
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the company owner or primary admin.
- Open Settings (the gear icon) -> Manage Users.
- Click the Accountants tab.
- Find BooksKept.ai in the list and click Delete next to our name.
- Confirm. Access is revoked immediately.
Option 2: Revoke OAuth connection in your Intuit account
- Sign in to accounts.intuit.com.
- Open Connected Apps.
- Find BooksKept.ai and click Disconnect.
- Confirm. The OAuth tokens we hold are invalidated immediately.
What happens to your data
After disconnection:
- + We can no longer access your QuickBooks Online company.
- + Local snapshots of your data already pulled remain in our possession, subject to our retention policy (see the Privacy Policy).
- + If you are ending the engagement, contact us to coordinate handover of your books in a portable format.
